A 'Ban' ? Prohibition ? Politics ?!

   Site-1 installed in Taiwan (www2.seeder.net/cartoons)
    has been "BANNED" , so that people in Europe, USA,
                                               S. Americas, Africa, Asia cannot see it.
     In Taiwan, part of people can see it.

Site-2 installed in Europe (CourageWorld.ch), Canada, USA
is OK for everybody, every country .

Evidence: many leading artists and artists leaders
(i.e. President, Federation Cartoonists Organisations, R Penwill U.K. )
proved that they cannot open this site.

Supporting facts:

(1) This site runs all risks to fight dirty politics, and displays
many art-works under this theme .

(2) This site fights against a political "power" (it still mask it's face)

(3) This site ranks No.1 many times by world best search engines,
also was reported by the best news in Asia & Pacific (the straits times)

around 4/11/2005 Taiwan government (Educational Dept) : Nothing to do with us

soon after contacting with the government; The site is OK

still does not work sometimes for unknown factors
